1. Cancellation Eligibility

You may request cancellation of your booking with Airways Booking LLC by contacting our support team. Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date of your tour or service.

Cancellations made after 15 days of the tour or service date are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.
  • Any service charges or processing fees paid to Airways Booking LLC are non-refundable.
  • Third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) may have their own refund policies that apply separately.
  • Refund requests are subject to approval and verification of cancellation timelines.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The actual time to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Failure to show up on the day of departure.
  • Providing incorrect travel information resulting in booking issues.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel/service date.

6. Modifications and Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions may be made for emergencies or force majeure events, subject to the sole discretion of Airways Booking LLC. Documentation may be required.
